1. The History of GaiaLink Tours & Services, S.A. (GLT)
   
   GLT, a Costa Rican company, was formed in 2001 as the exclusive provider of services for a futuristic project named rioSPAraiso Biological Reserve in Quepos, Costa Rica. The owners that founded the company possess combined vast expertise in a service-oriented industry crucial to the business success in the tourism industry. Its sales and operations staff are Costa Ricans with excellent years of professional experience with the tourism industry in Costa Rica. This joint combined multicultural business experience of this team will enable GLT to position itself to achieve its established mission and vision. GLT has proceeded to expand and established representations in Florida, New York and Puerto Rico.
