Custom Itinerary

All our clients have to do is arrive in Costa Rica, willing, able and ready, the rest is up to our company to make your memorable rewarding experience come true.  GaiaLink Tours & Services (GLT) will prepare a comprehensive itinerary land package upon request, according to the client's desired travel dates, activity interests, ages, physical capabilities for activities and lodging requirements.   We have prepared custom itineraries for a single individual traveler to a large wedding group of 50.

If a client does not require the total land package and only requires a specific service for a portion of their trip, GLT will provide that missing service link.  Such services could be a schedule or chartered domestic air transfers, shuttle bus transfers, one way private ground transfer, few nights of lodging or whatever you can think of, GaiaLink Tours will be there to help provide assistance.

Reservations

Costa Rica is a hot destination!  These days we recommend very early preparations and reservations to ensure all the trip requirements are fulfilled to it's fullest. The peak season in Costa Rica is from December to April and the months of July and August.  We recommend reservations be made at least six months in advance.  The low or green season is from May to November. During this time, we recommend preparing at least two months in advance.
