Arenal Volcano And Tabacon Hot Springs - This is a tour you will never forget! At mid afternoon we'll start our way to the active side of the Arenal Volcano to observe the tumbling lava rocks and spewing gases. As the evening approaches and your sense of hearing heightens, the hikes takes you on a sorrel quality due to the amazing sounds the volcano makes in the distance. As you experience this tour, your well-trained bilingual guide will teach you a great deal about the activity and history of the volcano. Our Arenal Volcano hike through the rainforest is one of the best ways to experience the mighty "Mountain of Fire". Hike through the diverse flora and fauna to the famous lava wall where you will walk on lava rocks from ancient times and observe lava boulders tumbling down the flanks of Arenal. You may get the chance to see the glowing cinders from the crater and hear the booms from gas eruption as your professional guide tells you about the activity and history of the marvelous volcano. Next, we head for a bit of rest and relaxation at the beautiful Tabacon Resort! The indescribable hot spring and exotic tropical gardens will soothe your body and soul. When the sun sets, the show begins, and the sigh of red-hot lava boulders rolling down the volcano as you soak in the springs will stun you.

Arenal Volcano Hike - People that climbed Arenal' s summit related that inside the crater there were big trees and at night, they slept in places where there was some heat due to small steam outlets. Right now the green area is located at the east side of the Mountain, and other little green parts can be seen on the north and the south of the volcano. Enjoy the most extraordinary view of the Arenal Volcano on a gentle Hike along the base of this marvelous "Mountain of Fire". The Hike begins on the active side of the volcano, that takes you through the forest over recent lava flows and to the destroyed area now in the process of regeneration. We offer two different Hikes: the first one is a 3 ½ hour trail and gets as close as five hundred meters from the lava flows, the other one is a 1 ½ hour trail, and from this trail we can see the Volcano about one kilometer far.

If the customers want to take the long Hike it will be better to start it in the morning.  The short one could be done in the morning or in the afternoon.

Waterfalls Canyoning, La Fortuna, Northern Region - Your trip begins with a 30-minute 4x4 drive into the tropical rainforest outside the town of La Fortuna, in the shadow of the Arenal Volcano. We trek through the forest on magical trails that lead to some of the most spectacular waterfalls in Costa Rica, a place very few people get to experience. Along the way we will have the chance to discover the secrets that lie hidden deep within the canyon. From the first waterfall we will rappel down from the top into the beautiful and pristine canyon below. The adventure includes four rappels, three of which are along waterfalls, and one dry rock face. Then just a short trek out of the canyon, jump in the vehicles and head back to the base camp. Both tours include lunch at our base camp and snacks in the canyon.

River Rafting, Rio Sarapiqui - Due to its shape, flow and topographic conditions, the Sarapiquí river offers maximum security to its visitors. The sections are clearly defined and travel parallel the main road. This allows us to separate into smaller groups and make trips to different sections of the river, rejoining at lunch time. The spring of Sarapiquí river is located on the Barva Volcano. The flow travels 85 kilometers of preserve and low-population areas until it reaches the San Juan river. As a result, these unpolluted waters are surrounded by spectacular rainforest and have become a unique place to enjoy an observation or bird-watching ride, as well as the adventure of white water rafting. A dream come true for white water rafting lovers or for a first experience. A delightful day more than 20 rapids in a spectacular setting within the tropical rainforest, surrounded by an awesome flora and fauna a real rain forest rafting trip. Three hours rafting into a jungle, thru the vibrant journey, you will enjoy swimming and refreshing yourself in the many peaceful ponds, in addition to the thrill of defying rapids.

Kayak Peñas Blancas - Relax and enjoy a day of heightened emotions on the quiet waters of the Peñas Blancas. You will be in full contact with nature as you will be able to experience close contact with many species of birds, monkeys, sloth's, iguanas, crocodiles and more. Along the way we will stop to spend time with a typical Costa Rican farmer and his family. They will prepare some wonderful Tico dishes for you as they share their life story. We also enjoy the rare opportunity to explore, and learn more about the many riches of the virgin tropical rainforest on their farm. Finally, it's back to the river to continue our float to the small town of Boca Arenal.

Arenal Hanging Bridges - Arenal Hanging Bridges is a new tourism attraction in La Fortuna, only 4 km (2.5 miles) west of Tabacón within a 250 hectare (618 acre) reserve of primary forest. Visitor who love nature can enjoy 15 bridges from 5 to 100 meters long, friendly design along 3 km rain forest circuit of interpretive trails built with paving blocks to prevent slipping. The bridges are build of aluminum, galvanized steel and concrete, to ensure maximum security for their visitors. Venado Caves - Located only an hour from La Fortuna, these caverns offer an unforgettable underground mystical adventure. If you're ready to get wet and muddy and to see amazing stalactites, stalagmites, bats and subterranean streams, then join us! On this tour, we'll be trekking through some narrow winding passages; therefore it is not recommended for those with claustrophobia.

Horseback Riding to the La Fortuna Waterfalls - This tour offers the perfect combination of beautiful sightseeing and physical activity. Rio Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge - Birdwatchers and nature lovers, this is the tour for you! This all day trips take you to the mighty Rio Frio near the Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge. One of our professional bilingual guides will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the small town of Los Chiles near the Nicaraguan border. Here we will begin our three hour ride up the Rio Frio in search of sloth's, caimans, lizards, tropical birds, various species of monkeys and much more in the surrounding lush rainforest and wetlands. Arenal Paraiso Canopy Tour - Our canopy tour is located at the Arenal river canyon, a perfect combination of nature and adventure, on our way to the exciting zipline journey we will spot 2 waterfalls. The adrenaline experience begins with a short walk to the first platform where our naturalist bilingual guide will inspect all the canopy gears and equipment for safety and give detailed instructions on how to enjoy the canopy tour. The Arenal Paraiso canopy tour is one of the best in the country, with 12 platforms, 350 meters of cables, varying heights of 85 meters. Caño Negro Wildife Refuge, Kayak the Real Caño Negro, Chiles - Visit one of best places for wildlife in Costa Rica. This area is known as a biological corridor between Costa Rica and Nicaragua. See many species of birds, 3 types of monkeys, caiman, iguanas, sloth's, and more. The tour begins with a 2 hour drive to the town of Caño Negro. Along the way our guides will explain many interesting things about the region. The drive takes you past many crops including papayas, yucca, sugar cane, and oranges. Before boarding the kayaks we will stop for breakfast at a typical restaurant, and enjoy some delicious Costa Rican coffee. Now it's time to begin our exciting journey through the Caño Negro Refuge. You will like you are paradise as you quietly drift through these peaceful waterways. We will explore areas that can't be reach by motorboats. allowing us to get closer to the wildlife! Enjoy the tranquility as we continue our float down river to the pick up point.

Van/Boat/Van transfer, Arenal/Monteverde/Arenal - This transfer takes you from Monteverde to La Fortuna and vice versa. It leaves Monteverde around 8:00 AM and La Fortuna, at 8:30 AM and it lasts for about 2 ½ hours. The first part of the tour is by land and a bilingual guide will accompany you. Then, you continue with a relaxing boat trip through the waters of the Arenal Lake. On the other side, a car will be taking you to your destination, provided it is along the route. Enjoy this wonderful tour and observe the exotic beauty that hosts this paradisiacal place. Admire the transition of the rain forest to the cloud forest where you will reach an altitude of 3600 feet (1200 meters) above sea level where you can see perhaps the best view of the Monteverde Cloud Forest and the amazing panoramic views of the Arenal Volcano.
